So on December 6th, I was approved as a permanent resident of the USA, ha finally after months of waiting for this day to come, and a bunch of money spent on it, we finally did it... Well I did it! haha. So after the interview we went back to my in-laws house to hear a very exciting news, well since I have been approved.... they are taking all of us on a cruise!!! I am so excited, we leave right after Christmas, I have never been on a cruise so it should be fun, I still don't have a lot of details about the cruise the only thing I know is that we leave on 27. Jason and I were planning on going somewhere fun for our anniversary so this could not come on a better time. It's also right after finals which is good, cause I know I need a break. Jason actually has finals this week, and we don't start until next. I'm just ready to be done with school this semester. I'm so excited for my classes next semester. I just realize it has been a while since I have written on this thing, but we have just been so busy with school and Christmas shopping. Can I just say Christmas shopping is my favorite... a little frustrating because I want everything I see, Jason on the other hand no matter how much I ask him he keeps telling me he doesn't want anything. I finally found him the perfect gift, way more expensive than I thought, luckily my grandparents are pitching in with some money.
We have also been watching a lot of basketball... my boy Millsap had a great night last night, unfortunately we lost... 4 times in a row... it sucks. I can't wait to go to a game, Jason's grandfather owns a store at the Gateway mall so he advertises with the Jazz, therefore he gets season tickets seventh row on the court... yep sweet tickets, so I think it's our turn to go in the next couple of weeks. I'm so excited I can't wait to see Millsap play! Sometimes I get so surprised about how much I get into the game, Jason for sure has taught me a lot, about the players etc. I just love that it is another thing we have to do together. On other news, since I get bragging rights for one more year.... the U of U vs BYU game was amazing... hahaha sorry honey but my school is better than yours. We had an awesome season and I couldn't be happier. the day after the game we had a Grant family get together so I decided to sport my BYU shirt, with the Grant's half of them are BYU fans the other U of U. The Kyle's on the other hand are BIG U fans! I wish I would have taken a picture, I actually think the only pictures we took were of Lily, she is the cutest baby ever. Jason and I love holding her. I think we are getting baby hungry, but it won't happen until at least 3 or 4 years. Other than that I think we haven't been up to much... yes we are boring, hahaha I'm actually really excited because this week we are going to go see the symphony. I can't wait to dress up, those who know me, know that I love dressing up! it should be alot of fun... :D
