I'm horrible at blogging...

Graduation is scheduled for August... family from Mexico will be coming! I'm excited for that.... And graduation trip is on the works. Job hunt, sucks.... so if you know of anything let me know. I'm excited for summer... last week we had our first bbq in our little back yard. More fun posts to come soon.... promise.

Wait, Two??.... are you sure?!!!!

So yesterday, while I was at work and starving I went to the vending machine put the money in asked for my Doritos and I got two for one! It was awesome, I get to eat some more today! As soon as I got my two doritos, a thought crossed my mind, what if instead of having one baby I had twins?! well I didn't think much of it, seriously what are the odds!!
Jason met up with me at the Dr's office and in we went for the ultrasound. Yes you read it right, ultrasound! One of the things I hate the most about going to the Doctor is seeing how much weight I've gained, not funny. After asking questions and talking to the Dr, we finally get to hear the heartbeat and the Dr's mmmh... I wonder, he proceeds without even letting us in on whatever he was thinking. He starts the ultrasound and keeps saying mmh, oooh, huh turns around and points to the monitor. By this point Jason and I are anxious to know what the heck is going on, as he points to the monitor he tells us to look closely because there is not only one baby but two, yes TWO. So I guess my whole getting two doritos at the vending machine was a sign that we are having fraternal twins! So there you have it, we are expecting not only one bundle of joy but two, I'm due in September. Scary! Unexpected, not planned and completely losing our minds about how this is all going to work out. Here is a pic of the babies, sorry for the blurriness...

Leaving our sunbeams!

Sunday was our last time teaching our little kids, it was so sad... I love those kids so much and we have had so much fun teaching them. Closing exercises were fun, the sunbeams had to do the talks, prayer and the theme. It was great to hear the kids give their talks and get so excited about it. At the end the kids gave us a hug and we said goodbye, it was so sad I wanted to cry... We are going to miss planning our lessons and playing with them.

The things that happen when you are not paying attention!

Saturday, I dropped Jason off at work, and after running some errands I head over to the post office to get our mail from the p.o. box. As I am getting ready to get out of the car I look at my phone and just head to the post office. When I come out of the post office I look for the car and realize it's not in the parking spot where I parked it. Before I started to freak out I look around, thinking that maybe I parked it somewhere else... So there it was, parked somewhere else, I was so confused! I did not remember parking it there. As I approach the car I see this guy by the car all pissed! When I come to the car he starts yelling at me that his 30,000 dollar car was hit by a car that had no driver! Yes I forgot to put the emergency break on, so the car rolled down the parking lot until it hit this guy. He asked me to move the car forward to look at the damage. After I moved my car he was like look at all this damage... there was no damage not even a big scratch! He kept telling me he was going to call the cops and ordered me to call my insurance company. Instead I called Jason, I knew this guy wanted to take advantage of me and make me pay him a lot of money when the damage is not even worth more than 100 dollars! Jason told me to come over to the OG and he would talk to the guy. Jason told him that we didn't need to call the insurance company because it was such a minor damage! I think the guy realized he wasn't going to get any money from us so he just gave us his number and told us to call him so that we can take his car in to get it buffered or something like that. I think it's funny that he took my driver license number and everything... So lesson learned, always put on the emergency break!
